Loaded Dice EP – release date 06.02.2012 on BBE Records

After the great success of their first album “Elephancycle” it is time for a new collaboration between Bara Bröst and the vocalist Conan Kowalski.
The track “No Sports” has already been an integral part of the Bara Bröst live show. Developing over time into a raw percussive House version with an ‘explosive ’ drop – giving it a surprisingly flamboyant turn.

The “No Sports” Remix by David Keno & Jaxson, from Berlin delivers a straight House mix with a tremendous organ bass-line and string players that make it far more melodious than the original version.

“Millions” is a thriving Minimal House track yet retains a feeling of melancholic tranquility. The groove is padded by rather frisky piano and organ sounds. For this track Bara Bröst collaborated with the singer DJane Domonique (from Los Angeles) for the first time. Her impressive voice intensifies the enigmatic and gloomy atmosphere of the track.

Demir & Seymen deliver a swinging mix with piano and even horns – this will be a sensation on the dance floor.

The third track on the EP, “Dark Blue”, hits us with impulsive basslines; dub effects and a deep, dramatic melody.

Georg Levin – Everything Must Change – Bara Bröst Remixes

To celebrate Georg Levin’s highly acclaimed longplayer release “Everything Must Change”, BBE proudly presents another great single with remixes of the eponymous track “Everything Must Change” and of “Late Discovery”.

A lot of people out there asked for an uptempo version of ‘Everything Must Change’, we bring you three new mixes by BBE’s Bara Bröst and Georg himself. In addition to that, we offer you another version of ‘Late Discovery’, this time around in a pop/nu disco outfit by Berlin’s young + talented producer team Earl’s Court.

Elephancycle – The Remixes Part 1

Come in, one and all!
In 2010 Bara Bröst released their debut album “ELEPHANCYCLE” on BBE Records.
The Album tells a multifarious story of a evening in the circus. The varied tracks of the album present a spectacular program with many little tricks and artistic performances.
There is for example the marvelous “Madame Mila”, who heats up the circus tent with her brass band or the fabled “Zebril” – an African crocodile that has swallowed a zebra and finally the star of the show, the little lost-looking elephant Pete doing his tricks on his all too small bicycle, called “Elephancycle”.
It will display their very own take on Deep – and Tech-House paired with catchy and at the same time advanced sounds perfectly suited for the out-door raves this summer, as well as crisp hooks for your innovative prime-time set. “Musical variety was given priority in all phases of our work. Who wants to listen to an album containing a hand full of 10 minute DJ edits.”

Bara Bröst demonstrate that their restive structure of shuffled sub-bass-lines, long silky kicks and swaying percussion forms a scaffolding with plenty of free space, but ever solid enough to stage yet the brightest candy-coloured leitmotif to lure you into dancing with a big smile on your face. They demonstrate a great sensitivity for buildups, unpredictable peaks and effortless moments of deepness.

Now, a year later Bara Bröst proudly present a fine selection of remixes by Tim Vitá, Kareem, That Bleepy Stuff and Nanopole.

Watch out for Part 2, which will be out on BBE Records in the beginning of next year!
